Refunds and cancellation

The short version: you can cancel whenever you like, you keep what you have paid for until the period ends, and we do not refund part periods. The detail is below.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your account settings at any time. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and nobody to call.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your current period: you keep full access, and the credits already in your account, until the period you have paid for runs out.

Refunds

We do not refund part periods. When a period starts, the credits for that period are made available to you immediately and can be spent the same minute. Refunding the period after that would mean refunding work already delivered.

This is why we do not ask for a long commitment. A monthly plan is one month. If it is not for you, cancel and it ends.

Extra credit packs

Extra credits are bought once, never expire, and are not refundable once any credit from the pack has been used. If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of it, write to us and we will sort it out.

When we do refund

If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after you cancelled, or charged for a plan you never had, that is our mistake and we refund it in full. Tell us and we will fix it without argument.

A result you do not like is not a fault. The software edits your photograph and gives you a possibility, not a promise. Taste is not a defect, and credits spent on a result you did not like are not refunded — but if the output is broken rather than merely disappointing, tell us.

Who takes the payment

The seller is Miranberitan SRL. We issue refunds through Stripe, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with.

Business customers

Immodecor is sold to businesses and professionals, not to consumers. The fourteen-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumer purchases in the European Union does not apply here. See the Terms for who this service is for.
